Chartered Accountants Rawlinson & Hunter have signed a lease on all of building Q3 at The Square, Randalls Way, Leatherhead.
There remaining three buildings which comprise one 31,500 sq ft building and two of 10,000 sq ft with a car parking ratio of 1:245 sq ft are being marketed by letting agents Michael Rogers and Savills at £31.50 per sq ft.
